Meet Erin G. Nobles FNP-C, she is the CEO and founder of Twelve Leaves Integrative Clinic and has a passion for holistic health care. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated from Georgia College & State University with her BSN in 2006 and her MSN in 2013. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Nurses Honor Society. Erin is a member of the American Academy of Ozone Therapy and attends their annual conferences to stay up-to-date on best practice. She is also a member of the Front Line COVID Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC). While she is skilled in numerous areas, her passion is the long haul community. 

 

Erin and her husband David have two children and they live on a farm in Warthen, Georgia. They worked diligently at the Georgia State Capitol in 2021 to pass the legislation "Gracie's Law" to ensure people with disabilities in Georgia have equal access to organ donation without discrimination due to their disability. In her spare time, Erin loves studying political science, reading, and making homemade bread. Because of her daughter Gracie Joy, she has a deep love and respect for the Down Syndrome Community.

Meet our Medical Director Dr. Taylor! He has been serving our community in middle Georgia with a passion for integrative medicine and a holistic approach for over 20 years. Dr. Taylor is board certified in Family Practice for 22 years and is a member of the American Academy of Ozone Therapy and of the Front Line Covid Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC). Dr. Taylor has been certified by Dr. Frank Shallenberger in poly-articular joint ozone injections.  He has broad experience serving in numerous capacities: nursing homes, emergency room, Family Practice, State Prison system, and hospital practice.

 

Dr. Taylor is also fluent in three languages: English, Spanish, and French and enjoys traveling and bicycling with his wife Cathy.  He devotes his time to philanthropic work and loves the Word of God.

Meet Rebecca Price, she is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and has served in our ozone room since the foundation of Twelve Leaves in 2022. She is highly skilled in the field of specialized IV therapies and presently works as an infusion nurse at Piedmont of Augusta. Rebecca has attended the American Academy of Ozone Therapy Spring Conference and has a passion for holistic medicine.  She also has experience as a swing bed coordinator and in the emergency room, hospice, and special needs patients in group homes. 

 

She is pursuing her degree as a registered nurse and has five children. Rebecca will be getting married later this summer. Her hobbies include DIY crafts, making homemade trail mix, traveling, fishing, cooking, and hiking.  Rebecca attributes all her success to Jesus Christ.

Meet Susan Holley, she is a registered nurse and has served in our ozone room since June, 2023. Susan is the clinical nurse manager of Twelve Leaves and also serves as our clinical nurse education specialist. Susan teaches classes at Twelve Leaves that are focused on holistic nutrition, clean eating, detoxification, and gut health. Susan is a RWS-1, she is a member of the American Academy of Ozone Therapy, and attends the AAOT ozone conferences yearly. She has been ozone certified by the AAOT by Dr. Frank Shallenberger. 

 

Susan loves spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and serving the Lord with her entire heart.

Meet Natalie Williams, she is the front desk patient coordinator and has been with Twelve Leaves since June, 2024. Natalie has experience in billing and coding and completed her studies at Sanford Brown College in Houston. She is a member of the AAPC. 

 

Natalie is married to her husband Fred and they have two children. She enjoys knitting and crocheting and spending time with her family.
