About the Founder

Hello, my name is Erin Nobles. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and I am the founder of Twelve Leaves Integrative Health Clinic in Wrens, Georgia. I spent many years in the allopathic medicine community until I learned there truly is a better way to approach patient care! I graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2013 and I am board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I am a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Nurses Honor Society, The American Academy of Ozone Therapy, and the Front Line COVID Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC). There are many demographics of patients that I have delighted in caring for throughout the years, but I have a great compassion and love for the Long Haul Community. 

My journey began with a passion to help a demographic of patients who have been lost in the shuffle of the system, aka: The Long Haul community. This cohort of people has jumped from pillar to post and seen numerous specialists with a laundry list of tests that are all "normal" and yet they get sicker and sicker.  After desperately searching for help, patients generally present with a variety of challenges that include: dysautonomias, blood clotting disorders (microclotting), compromised immune system, severe GI disturbances, brain fog, crippling fatigue, histamine intolerance, MCAS, chronic cough with thick sticky mucus, POTS, headaches, insomnia, chest pains, seizures, muscle spasms, and palpitations.
